Our client is a European leader in private banking with expanding businesses across Asia. There is now an exciting opportunity to join a pioneer team in Credit Risk Management.
You will be responsible for assessment, sanctioning and control of credit exposures. Working effectively with the business to maintain and develop a quality lending portfolio whilst stimulating a strong credit and control culture. To act in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Ensure that appropriate Wealth policies and procedures are followed for all client business and bank responsibilities.
Quality of lending decisions within personal DA. Support and guidance to the business in structuring propositions to maximise business opportunities of an acceptable quality. Timely and proactive response. Providing support in the development and enhancement of risk policies, products, processes and systems. Participating in projects and initiatives as required.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with at least 8 - 10 years in credit. Experienced lending banker with proven track record of sound judgement of high value credit exposures in the private banking sector.
Sound analytical technical skills blended with a capacity to apply these in a practical and balanced manner.
