Our client is one of the world's most recognized and respected global financial services firms. Due to continued growth, there is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to be part of its credit risk team, based in Singapore.
You will be responsible for credit risk management for a portfolio of counterparties and service providers, managing the credit approval process and monitoring their creditworthiness on an ongoing basis. You will play a proactive role in identifying risks and making recommendations on policies, guidelines and limits to ensure sound credit risk management; as well as in monitoring market, regulatory and political developments and assessing their impact on the credit quality of counterparties.
You are degree qualified with strong experience in credit risk management of bank counterparties. Experience in managing or analysing sovereign default risk will be highly advantageous. You have good credit judgement and a keen interest in market trends and macroeconomic issues. You are a self-starter, with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
