VP – Credit Risk Operations and Control. recruitment
This role will be heavily involved in managing change the bank and run the bank activities for the Credit Risk department. This person will be responsible for a team of offshore credit analysts that focus on the bank’s high volume credit transactions and will also be heavily involved in a range of projects to improve credit risk systems, policies and frameworks.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of offshore credit analysts.
- Driving project management and business analysis activities specific to Credit Risk related matters.
- Working with a range of internal stakeholders across Risk Management and the Front Office.
- Ensuring compliance with regulation.
In terms of experience, you will have:
- At least four years of experience within a Credit Risk function.
- Previous experience within a top tier Investment Bank would be highly preferable.
- Experience working in a Credit Risk Control or Credit Risk reporting role would be ideal.
- Experience working on Credit Risk related projects would be useful.
- Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills.
