This premier bank has a strong footprint in the region and promotes internal mobility. It is recruiting a Senior Credit Audit Manager role for its Consumer Banking business.
Reporting the to the Head of Credit Audit, Consumer Banking, and leading a team, you will manage and conduct credit risk reviews for Consumer Banking in accordance with Group Audit's standards and methodology, and participate in ad-hoc audit projects/assignments. As a senior team member, you will be a change agent to facilitate transfer of best practices. You will undertake risk assessments and be a key contributor to the further development of internal audit to meet business growth aspiration.
Degree qualified, you will have at least 8 – 10 years of relevant Consumer credit audit / review / risk experience with exposure to varied business segments within Consumer Banking. You will be conversant in quantitative and statistical techniques used in credit portfolio management and possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain a broad perspective with appropriate risk-reward balance. With good written and oral communication skills, you are able to interact with people at different levels, and effectively lead and develop a team. With high level of initiative and drive, you are willing to travel. Prior auditing experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
