VP Credit Sanctioner
Summary
My client, a leading Corporate Investment Bank are looking for a VP level Corporate Credit Analyst to join one of their sector based teams. The role will focus on the Consumer Sector, covering Retail, Wholesale and Food Drink Manufacturing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Undertake Credit santioning responsibilities for a portfolio of Corporate credits
- Draft and / or approve applications across the relevant sectors
- Ensure regular / timely annual credit reviews in line with the risk appetite and control frameworks
- Present applications to the relevant credit committee
- Act as a point of contact within the sector for the various Sales, IBD, Coverage, Product, Portfolio Management teams
Knowledge
- Investment or Corporate Banking Credit experience
- Proven experience in Corporate Credit Analysis
- Coverage of Retail, Wholesale and Food Drink Manufacturing sectors is preferred
- The ideal candidate will have held sanctioning authority previously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
