VP, CRM – Asset Management (Ref. no: VP,CRM-AM/RS240712) recruitment
They are actively seeking an Asia Pacific VP in CRM to deliver website and CRM solutions across all channels in the business. This will be an exciting and challenging regional opportunity within a global market leader.
Working closely with the Sales Marketing team, this role will be responsible for influencing and driving a more efficient sales process and client experience. It will require a hands on approach to lead CRM solutions by getting involved in the delivery and building a strategic roadmap that align a with business objectives in the APAC region and their global CRM and Web strategy. You will identify and prioritise CRM and selected web projects and will be the key go to person for all CRM matters for sales, capital markets, marketing and COO. You will manage internal clients expectations ensuring the highest quality service is provided and partner with internal groups and stakeholders to define and execute against sales and marketing objectives that grow the business.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years CRM experience with a strong technical background in CRM applications, business intelligence tools, data integration and application architecture. Knowledge of salesforce.com is preferred. You will have solid experience in digital marketing and communications and experience in the investment management industry is preferred. You will have strong relationship management skills as well as negotiation and influencing skills and have proven experience in defining successful CRM and Web solutions.
