VP – Delta One Trade support recruitment
This Top Tier Investment Bank requires a VP level candidate from a Delta One Trade Support background to help continue driving the development of the middle office function. The successful individual will be expected to enhance relationships with the Front Office, proactively enhance the systems and processes of the function, manage the team and ensure that Middle Office is represented in high profile management meetings.
Essential Requirements For VP Delta One Middle Office Role
- Excellent Middle Office process experience within an Delta One role.
- Ideally Hong Kong and Asian Markets experience
- Consolidated Man Management experience
- Significant demonstrable Process development/enhancement
- Strong Communications skills - the successful individual will be expected to face off with all areas of the business and drive the team forwards to better support the business
Job Description for VP Delta One Middle Office role
- Manage a team of Middle office professionals (5/6)
- Proactively enhance the front to back process, having the experience and the ability to bring about significant change.
- Hold regular discussion's with the Trading desk about how the Middle office can better support the business.
- Develop MIS reporting
