VP/ Director, Corporate Strategy, Global Bank – Mainland Europe recruitment
Our client is a very successful financial services group, offering clients a broad range of products and services in retail banking, investment banking, wholesale banking and financial markets. They have remained relatively unscathed by the recent debt crisis, and are now looking to add people to their Group Corporate Strategy and Business Development team.
The roles will work on
(1) Blue sky corporate strategy for the overall shaping and direction of the bank
(2) Operational strategy and business development work
(3) Corporate development and non organic growth projects
The positions are senior within the team, and you can expect to lead and manage small teams. You will also be expected to drive projects and have considerable responsibility for their delivery.
They are interested in meeting with people who will have a background as follows:
- Engagement managers/ Principals from tier one consulting firms such as McKinsey
- Strategy managers or similar with large financial servives firms
- Financial services experience would be very useful although not essential
