VP/ Director Equities Legal recruitment
Our client is a well known global banking and financial services business. An excellent opportunity exists to join their well regarded In-House Legal team. The role would report to the Head of Legal for Equities based in Hong Kong and would form part of a wider global team. It is a high profile advisory position involving significant business interaction. The product exposure is broad and covers Equities, Equity Derivatives and Prime Brokerage. Candidates with experience from any of these areas can be considered.
The position would have oversight of several more junior lawyers. The ideal candidate would have typically 6- 9 years post qualified experience. Candidates from Law firms can be considered however ideally candidates should have a minimum of 2 years In-House experience within a decent financial services organisation. Fluency in a Chinese language including the ability to read and write Chinese is advantageous.
