VP – Director; Generalist (Consumer, TMT and Industrials) / Top tier M&A Boutique recruitment

This is an excellent career opportunity working for one of London's leading boutiques. In a time of down turn this boutique are growing due to strong client relationships in all the right areas.

Due to this expansion they are looking for a strong VP 3 / Junior Director to help with the increasing deal flow. This is great opportunity to work with some of London's best bankers as well as working in an enjoyable and collegiate working environment.

The position includes:
- Strong deal flow therefore heavy execution - UK and European deals;
- 75% execution, 25% pitching
- Management and mentoring of analysts and associates;
- Generalist deals, however mainly Consumer, Industrial or TMT focus
- Client management;
- Mid-cap focus
- UK and Pan-European deals;

To be successful in obtaining this position you will need:
- Strong execution experience, ideally with UK public companies;
- Excellent communicator
- Ideally experience within TMT, Industrial and Consumer MA;
- A clean and steady CV;
- Currently in a VP position within a respected MA
- Strong academics.
