VP/ Director Investment Banking recruitment

This global investment banking group has a strong client base and track record of successful transactions. Deal flow is strong and they have a rare opportunity to bring in to the team a senior 2IC at either senior VP or Director level.

Managing a team of analysts and associates and responsible for client relationships and transactions you will be focused on large MA transactions and will be heavily involved in the origination process and manage the end to end deal life cycle including overseeing modelling and valuations, market analysis and research as well as coordinating due diligence processes and providing advice on structuring and capital raising .

We expect the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience

8-10 years of top tier investment banking experience

Outstanding academic results

Self motivated and energetic

Team management experience with Analysts and Associates
