VP / Director Program Manager, Derivatives Trading Platform (Contract to Perm role), Hong Kong recruitment

Our client is an established International Banking Group with an expanding Private Banking arm.  Due to continuous growth in Asia, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program / Project Manager to join the Change Management Team for the Private Banking division in a 6-month Contract to Permanent role, based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will lead regional and global project teams focusing on improving current Derivatives Exchange Traded and Over the Counter Product Suite and Operation and to introduce an in-house FX margin Trading platform.  You will contribute from a product governance and systems perspective on the implementation of new and enhancing existing derivatives products and be involved in FX margin trading product and implementation from business model design, approval to implementation.  You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships across divisions and countries in Asia and Europe and be accountable for the full project life cycle from end to end for various projects within the larger change portfolio.  Such duties will include business cases and project definition development, project design and planning, project reporting, risk management, cost and benefits assessment, coaching and training.  You will be part of the senior change management community, responsible for building project teams in the region and helping to create a resourceful project managers pool.
