VP, ECM Syndication
Our client is a leading financial services group in the region with a strong regional franchise in ECM, Corporate Finance, MA and Asset Management. As part of their plans to be an active player in the local equities market, they are seeking a VP - ECM Syndication to joint their team in Singapore.
Reports to Head of Corporate Finance.
Scope of work
- Originate, lead and execute Equity Capital Markets deals including IPOs, placement of New or Vendor Shares and Convertible Bonds etc. for SGX-ST listed companies
- Organize roadshow for institutional investors in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Market share placement deals to institutional and high net worth investors.
- Manage the bookbuilding process.
- Ensure the placement transaction is in accordance with regulations
- Build up Corporate/Institutions clients base
Requirements
- Approximately 5 – 10 years of strong ECM track record with Investment Banks
- Strong network of fund managers and high-networth individuals in Singapore and Hong Kong
- Good appreciation of the regional equity markets and valuation parameters
- Good knowledge of compliance and processes with respect to ECM activities
- Strong relationships with the community of SGX-listed companies and the other active ECM players
- Dynamic and highly driven
