VP – Equities Compliance (Capital Market) recruitment

This is a multinational banking institution provides investment banking, private banking and risk management services throughout its global markets business.

Your primarily role exists to provide advisory services to the Global Markets Equity business which includes sales and trading in cash, listed and OTC equity derivatives, prime brokerage services, structured products, and principal trading, with special focus on listed and OTC equities derivatives.

To be successful in this role you will need to have good understanding of regulations and rules related to equities derivatives in Asian markets with major investment banks, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Strong knowledge of advisory compliance, monitoring surveillance, HK regulator, compliance testing auditing, strong communication skills and strong analytical and organizational skills are all essential.
