VP Equity Derivatives Business Analyst – Front Office IT recruitment
The opportunity falls within the Equity Derivatives group – you would be part of a global team forming the strategy and introduction of OTC and Listed vanilla derivatives with future inclusion of structured desk products. You will work within Sales and Trading and will be responsible for liasing directly with the key business stakeholders which includes Traders, Sales and key technical stakeholders.
This hire represents a build out in the London office and there will be future hires within the same group which will eventually report into this BA. So this not only represents an opportunity to work in Front Office Equity Derivatives but also to work with autonomy and become a lead BA within London.
The company in question are ideally looking for a VP level hire, however have advised they will not exclude strong CVs of AVP level candidates. They expect a solid understanding of Equity Derivatives, this experience should come from a similar institution.
The future hires in this group will be at Associate and AVP level, and for this level of hire they do not expect Equity Derivatives experience, however they do expect solid Derivatives knowledge across any asset class.
