VP Equity Finance Product Management – APAC recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will support the APAC Equity Finance Product management development.
Key responsibilities:
• Be the Product Manager for the Prime Services apac Equity Finance Product agenda. Work with the Global team to ensure regional and global demands are met.
• Responsible for setting the product agenda for Equity Finance Products (e.g. documentation of business road-map, budgeting, request prioritisation and resource allocation, shaping the product in response to regulatory change, informing strategic architecture decisions).
• Responsible for the management and timely delivery of the projects relating to the Prime Services Equity Finance product offering.
• Consolidate and track business requirements and priorities.
• Provide subject matter expertise, supporting other technical and operational aspects of the projects where necessary.
• Re-engineer key equity Finance trade flows to ensure optimisation of front to back processes.
• Build and maintain key working relationships across Technology, Prime Services and Operations to ensure timely delivery of prioritized initiatives.
• Provide innovative solutions to address and resolve client issues. Support the Sales teams in client pitches and client meetings, providing value-add subject matter expertise.
Candidates:
Candidates will need to have strong technical Equity Finance and Prime Services knowledge and be able to be involved across the whole project lifecycle related to Product development.
They will have at least five years’ experience of working in an Equity Finance environment gained either in a product development support, change/project management or a related Operations or Technology support environment.
They will need to demonstrate strong project management skills and be able to ensure the delivery of projects related to the Prime Services Equity Finance product offering and provide subject matter expertise in order to support other technical aspects of the projects, working across the business, technology and operations.
They will need to have strong communication skills, be able to set a clear agenda to deliver against objectives, be aware of Client Market developments and have an analytical and systematic approach to resolving issues and recommending solutions.
