VP, Expense Management recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Expense Management for WB, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 -15 people across various countries. Your team will be responsible for managing the expense base for the region- budgeting, tracking, forecasting. Given the increased cost pressures, you will also be responsible for driving cost re-engineering projects.
This role will also be involved in the tracking of costs/benefits of internal spends within the bank, ensuring aligment to strategy. The team will be responsible for tracking and reporting the investment spend to the relevant stakeholders within the bank.
This is a high profile role that will involve regular engagement with various business COOs, CFOs.
The successful candidate is likely to be qualified accountant with about 10 -15 years of relevant finance analytics experience from a top tier investment bank. You should have demonstrated success in driving change from a finance function. Ability to operate a senior level is mandatory to success. Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to prioritize tasks and manage teams will be esential.
