VP Facility Management recruitment
This Global Investment Bank is looking of an experienced leader to head its Corporate Real Estate Facility Management Team in Singapore. This candidate will be in a regional role reporting into the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and Services.
The main duties will include:
* Managing the Singapore and Regional Property portfolio of the Bank
* Facility and Vendor Management
* Senior stakeholder management with CEOs and COOs
* Managing policies, procedures and space planning locally and regionally
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of experience in property or real estate experience within the financial services preferably with leadership background
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team.
