VP Fiduciary- Structured Finance recruitment
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as director of a diverse portfolio of offshore companies engaged in structured finance transactions and the provision of trustee services. The successful candidate will also support the Global Head with the management of a team of professionals in the Cayman Islands.
The successful candidate's responsibilities while serving as director will include: reviewing complex transaction documents, coordinating the client acceptance process, and ensuring client relationships are compliant with internal policies and procedures.
Experience Required
Experience in liaising with lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers, custodians and other transaction parties located in various international
jurisdictions, as well as strong drafting, communication and presentation skills, is
essential.
The successful candidate will be a university graduate with an excellent academic
background. An internationally recognised professional designation and/or law degree, with at least 5 years relevant financial services experienced.
A focus on capital markets and structured finance transactions. Including, experience of reviewing transaction documents, familiarity with financial products and knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
