Job Description
This is a Global and highly visible role as part of a developing Finance Analytics Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team to support Sales and Segment Heads in a fast paced expansion phase.
The role is focused on the following:
• Performance management with strong emphasis on client origination
• Developing and implementing Client centric initiatives.
• Developing and enhancing Finance Analytics support to Global Sales Team
• Developing and enhancing Finance Analytics support to Global Segment Sales Heads
The role involves over 50% of business facing interaction and is suitable for an individual willing to leverage financial expertise to directly support and impact consistent business growth.
This role will require strong self starting and hands-on skills, innovation and willingness to work with minimal direct supervision. There is strong expectation that the selected individual will have the potential to raise the bar on performance by setting high quality standards in supporting highly demanding Global Transaction Banking (GTB) business.

Key Roles Responsibilities
• Performance Management:
- Support Group Sales Head and Regional Business Heads at monthly review meetings.
- Develop client level initiatives that promote: Growth, Deepening Client Relationship and Sales Effectiveness
- Develop client segment performance management views
- Develop, measure, score KPIs across the network to drive performance from a country and segment perspective
• MIS Evolution
- Partner with the business to ensure MIS is meeting expectations to drive performance.
- Develop, automate, MIS for sales through appropriate secure channels to maximize performance and increase efficiency.
• Client Insights and opportunities
- Leverage customer and industry information to develop value-added analysis
- The objective is to provide insights to the business to understand customer level return, geographic coverage, and cross-sell efficiency.
• Investment Optimization
- Develop and implement framework that allow senior management to ensure resources are allocated to the best client initiatives. This includes post investment review as well as investment decisions.
- Propose, review and sign-off all enhancements affecting Sales views in Client Reporting Data Warehouse.
- Sign off enhancements undertaken in the Client reporting system
• Finance Analytics support in our key regions.
- Leverage relationship across network to ensure appropriate Finance Analytics support is provided to regional and country Heads of GTB
Qualifications Skills
• B.A. in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Candidates with previous Transaction Banking experience within a Business Facing Finance Analytics role will have a distinct advantage
• Highly proficient computer skills, including Excel and ability to manage and transform data into information
• Many years of Finance Analytics experience required preferably within the financial services industry
• Some years of Accounting experience required preferably within the financial services industry
• Ability to work within a highly matrix environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
• Ability to influence the business partners and identify opportunities to further leverage budgets/forecast targets
• Adept at handling multiple tasks at once and within an extremely deadline-driven environment
• Ability to demonstrate the Bank’s values in achieving objectives
