VP, Finance Analytics, Shanghai recruitment
Overall view:
Provide insight through financial and non-financial analysis, reviewing business decisions against the firm’s strategy, coordinating the budgeting, business planning and forecasting, as well as understanding and articulating costs and drivers for the Markets businesses in China.
Four subcomponents are key to this role:
- Financial and Non Financial Analysis, providing insight into financial and non-financial information to secure business meaning and value, leading to potential to deliver total shareholder return is Euro terms.
- Deep understanding of how the business runs and the market it operates in to be able to provide better and more meaningful analysis and advice that can stand on its own.
- Decision support, reviewing and analyzing business decisions to ensure they are consistent with the firm’s strategy and financial objectives.
- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting for the Markets businesses and support groups over a variety of time horizons.
- Cost Analytics, understanding and articulating the businesses costs and cost drivers. Will provide insight and develop meaningful approaches to the management of these costs on both a micro and a macro basis.
Requirements:
- A degree holder with around 10 years of experience in MIS / analytics / financial planning and analysis or finance change
- Good knowledge in Investment Bank and Global Market products and business will be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills including fluency in English and Mandarin
- Posses Organisation and Team Leadership; Strategic Thinking and Realisation
