Key Responsibilities
Production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statutory reporting
Responsible for submission of regulatory requirements by stipulated the FSA and other regulatory bodies
Monitoring of capital adequacy ratio for the bank as required byt the FSA
Ensuring the control frameworks are in place
Ensure accounting, regulatory and balance sheet control policies are in line with compliance
Control of all non trade related balance sheet accounts
Liaise with auditors and regulators
Training, developing and managing a team of 6
Prepare and review Basel III calculation for several Asian trading entities
Prepare MIS reports such as legal entity profitability and capital forecasts
Undertake projects to build out infrastructure to support regulatory change (Basel III)
Key Requirements
Strong academics with a degree in Accounting and Finance
8-10 years relevant experience in a top tier investment bank
Experienced in regulatory reporting experience
Experienced in managing teams
Experienced in interacting with senior stakeholders across various functional groups
