VP Financial Reporting Job in Denver, Colorado Us
Our client is a Denver based global real estate investment firm with diverse holdings across a broad range of real estate projects on the domestic and international stage. The company is expanding its investment portfolio and is seeking to recruit an accomplished and dynamic VP Reporting to manage their financial and performance reporting to internal and external target audiences.
A candidate whose career has consistently been on the rise having served within the context of an institutional investment manager or real estate investment group in a senior reporting and/or accounting function. Familiarity with complex investment ownership entities and structures, and open and closed end commingled real estate funds are essential. You must be aware of the Real Estate Information Standards and Global Investment Performance Standards. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to manage and meet reporting deadlines.
