VP, Financial Systems

A multinational financial service vendor is currently seeking to appoint a Vice President of Professional Services to lead sales, delivery and operations throughout the ANZ region.

The organisation is currently enjoying a period of sustained success, having won a number of large tenders across the APAC region, and therefore are looking to appoint to continue with acquisition and lead the delivery.

Reporting to the regional CEO, you will lead a team of 15 and complete ownership of the business unit across Australia NZ.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Strategic direction and leadership of a professional services business unit

- Full PL management and ownership

- Manage day to day operations of a professional services consultancy

- Leadership and high-level assistance surrounding sales, deal progression and closure

- Forge strong relationships with current and potential clients in the region

- Manage delivery of enterprise projects within the ANZ region (implementation, upgrades, ad-hoc change)

- Management of 3 director level staff with indirect management of 15+

- Work closely with the board and global executives in relation to growth, sales predictions and threats.

Your experience must include:

- Leadership and management of a financial services consultancy business

- Proven experience in managing a multimillion dollar PL

- Proven track record in pre-sales and product delivery (financial vendor ideal)

- Experience across global and highly complex deals (process, risk, compliance)

- In-depth experience within Treasury, Liquidity, Accountancy and Risk systems

- Excellent communication skills
