VP Front Office Developer- Python- FX- Tier 1 Investment Bank recruitment
Senior Front Office Developer required by my client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the City. My client is one of the world’s largest financial institutions, renowned in the market for their significant and continued investment into Research Technology.
The Senior Front Office developer will operate within the bank’s FX Operations Technology area to develop software for the FX Options business of the bank in Python and associated technologies. As such the applicant should possess the following:
• Strong exposure within a Front Office environment
• Experience in Python essential
• Excellent general programming skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge in FX options product knowledge highly advantageous
This is an excellent opportunity for a career- motivated senior FO Developer to work on high- quality software in an intellectually challenging environment. The successful candidate will be fully engaged in the development of the bank’s pricing, risk management and trading system in Python, through the entire software cycle.
As such, it must be stressed that the applicant must hold strong experience in a Front Office environment, and strong skills in Python development. This is a VP position based in London on a permanent basis.
