Our client is a leading Global Investment Bank with a strong presence in the APAC region. They require a driven individual with extensive Futures knowledge and a client centric background for a new opening within their ETD Operations division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Regional clearing relationships as well as the internal relationships with the Futures Front Office and Relationship Managers. With a high level of client focus, you will be at ease discussing client technology and translating it into tangible solutions as the primary sponsor for the Client Portal in the region. You will be responsible for implementing the strategic customer services model, including the Prime Brokerage business, in relation to ETDs. Ultimately you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the defined service standards for Futures Client Services to ensure the business is offering an exceptional service to their clients.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 8+ years Client facing experience within an Investment Bank or Broker
- Extensive Futures product knowledge and understanding of the APAC markets
- Solid knowledge of Rolfe Nolan and Clearvision
- Good understanding of client margin, payments and controls
- Operational and Reputational Risk appreciation
- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional client services essential
- Fluency in English essential, Chinese beneficial
