This is a global investment bank with significant presence across Asia Pacific. To support its continued growth, it is now seeking a dynamic professional to join its operations team, based in Singapore.
This is an exciting role where you will build and manage a team, responsible for ensuring effective clearing and settlement of exchange traded derivative products. You will work closely with senior management, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution, and developments in exchange and market initiative requirements are adhered to. You will also proactively contribute to the evolution of the operations team by identifying improvement opportunities in the function's controls, processes, technology and people agenda.
You are degree qualified with strong experience in futures options operations gained in major banks with demonstrated track record of managing teams. You have good knowledge of global futures options products and new developments such as listed IRS and CDS derivatives. You have strong leadership abilities, organisational skills as well as drive, initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
