VP / Head – Back Office Change recruitment
Our client a global IB with regional BO Ops in Singapore is looking to hire a senior management individual with extensive experience in Back Office Change Management. Reporting to the Regional Head of Ops, and part of global IB with regional Back Office Operation, the successful candidate will be instrumental in proposing new change management framework, estabilishing project governance, as well as establishing processes to manage budget and costing for large arrays of change projects in Asia.
Requirements :
- Min 12 yrs of working experience having done large scale change activities in Middle / back office role in large IB , PB or Asset management
- Prior experience in setting up project governance, project management framework is a must
- Excellent Understanding Back office functions
- Familiar with various project management standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentations kills
- Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Appreciation of IT in financial world is a must
