VP, Head of Credit Documentation recruitment
My client is a global corporate bank with significant footprint in the region. They are seeking to hire a Singapore Head of Credit Documentation for their regional business.
You will manage a team of 20 in Singapore and be responsible for the transaction management for the Singapore and regional businesses. You will ensure quality support as well as develop and execute plans to improve operations flow to cope with continuous growth. You will also be responsible for the maintaining controls within the unit and ensuring all services/products comply to the local and bank compliance.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team and provide talent development for high performing staff.
You should have demonstrated success in managing large teams within credit documentation in a respected corporate bank with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You should have strong analytical skills as well as ability to organize, lead and make rational decisions. You should have good working knowledge of the banks products/services as well as regulatory requirements as well as banking practices.
