Responsibilities

You will be in-charge of planning, developing, implementing and executing strategic LD curriculum and initiatives in line with the business’s organizational development directions cum training needs. You will conduct stand-up delivery of the designed programme(s), manage and engage targeted internal clients across various business units.

Requirements

You should have good academic qualifications in HR or related studies, with experience in innovative LD cum training curriculum design and development. Experience in the financial industry is required, preferably in Asset Management business. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills required to liaise with all levels from top senior management to juniors
