VP, HR Operations China recruitment
Major Responsibilities:
- Management of the operations teams covering HR systems, payroll processing (social benefits, individual tax,..), personnel administration, recruitment support, expatriate support,, etc.
- Contribute to the implementation and development of certain HR projects pertaining to the expansion of the bank
Major Requirements:
- 12 years of HR experience within large multinational corporations, preferably foreign banks; at least 6 years focus on HR operations services
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong management and leadership ability
