Vinfen is seeking a qualified individual to join our Executive Team as of June 1, 2012 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Reporting to the COO, this hands-on position will work closely with the COO, President/CEO and other members of the Executive Team to ensure the ongoing ability to recruit and retain a highly skilled workforce essential to our mission. The VP, HR is a critical strategic partner with executive management ensuring that recruitment, compensation, training, retention strategies are meeting the needs of the organization to serve our clients. The VP will establish and implement human resources policies, procedures and programs including employment, employee/labor relations, training and development, compensation, workers compensation and regulatory compliance. In addition to the critical internal role, the VP, HR also must manage external relationships with vendors and appropriate regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate must have significant employee relations experience, be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment, be willing to contribute at both a strategic level and to also be deeply engaged in HR operations.
The successful candidate will possess a Masters in Human Resources Management or equivalent in related field, a current PHR/SPHR certificate as well as possess 10-15 years of experience in human resources management. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and a proven track record of leadership and results.
