VP, Institutional Fixed Income Strategies recruitment
We seek talented individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with financial institutions and drive sales revenue.
This position is responsible for generating fixed income sales with institutional investors by developing, improving, and maintaining client relationships through customer interaction. Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, establishing relationships with qualified leads provided by the firm, and opening new accounts.
Position Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance/Economics;
- Ability to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses (company will sponsor);
- Assertive and entrepreneurial nature with solid communication and presentation skills;
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of industry trends;
- Previous sales experience a plus;
- Candidates that possess a strong book of transferrable business, based on long-standing client relationships, will be given greater consideration.
