VP, Institutional Sales (Singapore) recruitment
Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for selling sophisticated investment solutions to institutional investors in the region with special focus on the south-east Asia markets as well as cross-selling existing clients. Product includes segregated portfolios and commingled funds invested in traditional listed equities and fixed income as well as alternative products such as fund of hedged funds and private equity.
This senior sales person should be able to quickly establish credibility with existing clients and prospects as well as with the various portfolio management teams. You will build sales pipeline and manage sales process by progressing any sales opportunity through the selling cycle from prospecting to close. You will have clear annual sales targets and will also actively participate in researching institutional investors and their advisors on their buying behavior and investments strategies
Qualification required:
- Min. 10 yrs of relevant experience in Investment Management industry, proven sales track record
- CFA level II/III candidate and charter-holder preferred
- Extensive knowledge of international financial markets
- Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to manage projects with a high degree of initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
