VP Investor Relations and Fund Raising, High Yield and Credit Fund recruitment
We are working with one of the top performing high yield funds, who are now looking to add a VP to their London team. The fund already has multi billion dollars under management, and have regular fund raising processes at any one time.
They are now looking to add a VP to their team, whoe brief will be to assist the Director in the fund raising process. This will involve, inter alia, managing the entire fund raising process, setting timetables, ensuring that the relevant documentation is prepared, helping associates and answering investor queries. You will act as the project manager for the whole process.
Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, but it is likely that this will include:
- fund raising professionals from credit funds, private equity, alternative investments
- director level leveraged finance professionals or those with strong high yield experience
- private equity or credit investment professionals looking to make a move into fund raising
- you will probably have at least 10 years ++ experience
