VP, INVESTOR RELATIONS recruitment
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:
• Setting up of the Investor Relations functions for the firm.
• Assisting in the pre-IPO marketing and working closely with CFO and other internal departments in formulating the investor relations strategy.
• Acting as the point of contact to investors, fund managers, analysts, government bodies and media on all the investor relations enquiries.
• Managing and participating in various investor communication channels such as road shows, conferences, meetings and results briefings.
To qualify, you will have:
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a HKSE main board listing company.
• Familiarity with HK listing process and an experience with taking a company public on HKSE will be a definite plus.
• International accounting qualification and work experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
