To bring their consumer banking division to the next stage of success, they are hiring an IT Project Manager who will oversee the management and delivery of application projects across the region for consumer banking.
As the Application Project Manager for the Consumer Banking division, you can expect to make strategic decisions to manage the application portfolio for the consumer banking business. This application portfolio will encompass technologies in mobile banking, ATM and branch banking, web technology, and banking channels. You can expect to manage a team of about 20 IT staff at different levels, and foster relationships with business stakeholders. This will be a regional position that will see you take charge of the end-to-end implementation of applications (including system upgrades).
To be considered for this role, you have been in an IT Project Management capacity in a consumer bank, with experience making executive decisions on IT architecture and governance. You should have in-depth knowledge of either J2EE or .NET technologies, coming from a development background. You must have proven ability in managing the end-to-end delivery of large projects that exceed the costs of S$ 10 million. This position requires that you have familiarity with mobile platforms (such as iOS, Android, and Blackberry), as are ATM and web banking technology standards. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills in English, with good interpersonal skills.
