VP, Learning Deliverer recruitment

The candidate will primarily deliver Sales, Service, Product Relationship Management training programmes for the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business. In addition, you will work closely with business partners to identify training needs, source and recommend global and regional learning solutions, work with third party vendors, where needed, and deliver training that accomplishes business objectives. You will also participate in the effort to standardizing the Sales, Service Relationship Management training across the region.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years solid training experience in sales, service and relationship management training programmes.
At least 5 years in a Frontline Sales and/or Managerial role in Financial Services with a proven track record in sales of both Investment Insurance products
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Has the drive and passion for people development, is resilient and tenacious with a keen focus on execution and delivery
A strong team player who has the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with colleagues and business partners
