The individual is expected to leverage on his/her existing network to develop a private wealth management relationship with and in-depth understanding of the needs of more sophisticated entrepreneurial clients.
The bank is on a strong growth path and recognises the rising wealth and sophistication of North Asia's UHNW. It seeks to attract the best talent from within and outside the private banking industry and believes that some of the best talent lies in the institutional segment. Key is for individuals to be able to 'connect the dots' and be well-rounded investment professionals who are culturally attune to China and Taiwan, hold a strong contact base of UHNWIs, and understand their complex needs in business financing and wealth preservation.
