Our client is a major bank with expanding businesses across Asia. There is now an exciting opportunity to lead the Loans Operations team, based in Singapore.
Managing and leading a team, you will develop a vision and standardized target operating model for the agency loans. Your team is responsible for day to day operations of loans transactions. You will motivate, appraise and develop a strong team and manage other key relationship with stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with regulatory, internal controls and reporting requirements for the credit team. You identify key risk trends/weaknesses that require change/training. You will drive key projects and credit programmes for continuous improvement. This is a highly visible and challenging role where you will deliver high quality standards in driving success for the team.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified with at least 10 - 12 years in credit related function in Wholesale Banking. Proven people management skills. You have demonstrable track record of business projects and change management. Highly energetic and delivery focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
