Three deals need immediate execution.

This International MA Boutique has won a number of awards and is rated number one in a number of Corporate Finance disciplines. Their business model is strong and is equally high performing in a counter cyclical part of the economic cycle.

The role

Due to the deals they are involved with the role will involve lots of execution;

-          Management of Complex Deals

-          Delegation of Research information for various  sectors and projects

-          Direction and Management of Healthcare Deals (full Execution)

-          Training, Mentoring and Management of Staff

-          Value add thinking for clients

-          Client management 

Key Requirements

•    7 years plus Healthcare MA experience                                                                                                       •    Deep expertise in UK and or European cross border  transactions                                        •    Experience with a top tier IB or better known Boutique
•    Financial modelling skills
•    Project management experience (but still hands on)
•    Deep knowledge of the Healthcare Industry

•    International outlook: must have worked across multiple countries
