A leading global insurance business is looking to hire a Financial Planning Analysis Manager, to work at the Group Head Office in London.

With an enviable track record of success and a compelling growth story across their markets, our client is able to offer a fantastic opportunity to join in a high profile role within a well regarded team.

In addition to overseeing a team of five analysts, the FPA Manager will also lead the production of meaningful, value-add monthly management information, construction of the quarterly forecasts, half and full year actuals, the three year strategic plan; as well as managing a variety of projects. This is a high profile position, which will require key stakeholder interface and management across the Business Units and Group Head Office. This will be a challenging yet highly rewarding career opportunity suited to a confident, motivated, analytical individual.

A key focus of the role is to develop, enhance and improve the delivery of all processes conducted within the Analyst team, working across functional boundaries and linking in with Group Risk, HR, across the finance team and other relevant GHO teams. The role involves working with the Business Representatives to raise the level of challenge through rigorous business performance management.

Applicants must be fully qualified - ACA / CIMA / ACCA, with relevant post qualification experience from FS/Insurance sectors

- Track record of achievement within FPA, MI post qualification

- Strong academic record, including a good degree.

- Commercial awareness and a high degree of credibility with senior management.
