VP, New Business Development to UK Asset Managers recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Asset Owners, Bancassurance, and Asset Management, this role sits within the investor services Customer Management and Sales Division.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with C-level executives at UK based companies;
- Create new business opportunities that leverage the company’s capabilities for the asset manager sector; a cohesive product set which aligns the multiple business areas across the business into a broader and cost effective solution for its prospects/clients including: asset management, investment research and trading, and outsourcing;
- Provide leadership for cross-divisional, cross-domicile deals in collaboration with executive leadership – including deal strategy, presentation, negotiation closing new business;
- Responsibility for compilation and review of deal PLs, including all internal and external reviews and negotiations;
- Lead cross-divisional cross-domicile teams to present fully coordinated seamless solutions and secure new business.
Qualifications:
- Has strong and demonstrated CRM and sales experience;
- Has a thorough understanding of the sector accounts’ business requirements and strategic imperatives;
- Proven track record in retention and development of successful customer accounts across agreed financial and service criteria;
- Proven experience in financial services industry and strong understanding of the bank’s products and services;
- Experience in service measurement, responsiveness and planning processes in relation to customer accounts;
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and presentation skills.
