The primary goals of the VP Client Partnership will be to lead and manage the sales team to grow existing client relationships, build strategic accounts and scale CCS's offerings into additional sectors in which knowledgeable salespeople are a key influence in final purchase decisions (such as home appliances, home improvement, and automotive.)
Reporting into this role are:
o The Digital Account Management Team (currently comprised of 5 Sales professionals and 1 Director)
o The Director of Field and Digital Business Development
o The Marketing Group (1 Marketing Director, 2 Managers)

Specific responsibilities include:
o Leading and mentoring the Digital Account Management Team as they identify and acquire new clients, expand the business pipeline with high-growth existing accounts, and develop strategic partnerships
o Analyzing markets and identifying growth/decline patterns, competitive activities, current and future requirements, and other factors which affect the growth/success of the company
o Directing PL and Forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly
o Directing the Marketing Group as it defines and creates marketing programs that support the needs of the sales team, generate leads for the sales pipeline, and tell CCS's story effectively in the marketplace
o Partnering strategically with the executive and Sr. Leadership teams to evolve and develop products and service offerings
o Working closely with other subsidiary companies of Omnicom to leverage synergistic business development opportunities
