Job Description Job Classification: Contract Aerotek is currently looking to hire a VP of Construction to work on a contract position for a mechanical design build firm. We are looking for someone who can manage a team of 6 Project Managers on high rise residential projects. Candidates must be strong in problem-resolution and planning and managing projects from inception through completion. Candidates must also have experience in supervising all levels of technicians, engineers and crafts as well as building relationships with owners and general contractors. Requirements: 1) BS degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred but will consider Construction Management 2) PE (Professional Engineer License) 3) Must have experience as a PM on high-rise residential mixed used project 4) 25+ years of experience in Construction or Design-Build 5) Must have knowledge of mechanical projects Join Aerotek.
