VP – Offshoring Project Manager recruitment

You will support the Director on this strategic programme within Operations, taking the lead across multiple areas including client onboarding, KYC, client services and collateral.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the location strategy lead for the described business units.

• Work with key stakeholders to develop and syndicate a three year location strategy plan and footprint.

• Lead working group / management update briefings.

• Develop and maintain detailed projects plans.

• Manage key project risks and issues, escalating as required

• Produce management reporting via Powerpoint

• Ensure stakeholder buy-in and signoff throughout the project lifecycle.

• Document business requirements, process flows, and operating models.

Experience:

• Industry experience with at least some background in risk, change, or location management

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products – MS Excel, Visio, Word, and Powerpoint

• Ability to learn quickly absorb complex concepts and issues

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver results

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience driving process reengineering and improvement
