VP – Operational CRM/Client Services Manager recruitment

 Responsibilities

• Achieve total client satisfaction through a highly responsive team responsible for Institutional service activities in APAC

• Responsibility for leading and driving the department to meet the growing demands of Institutional markets.

• Build, develop and strategize on a Operational model of best practice for CRM that integrates into Middle Office and client operations

• Lead a small team of CRM professionals and provide thought leadership and be the main point of escalation 

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience within client services and/or in the OCRM field within an Investment Banking environment

• Experience in dealing with institutional clients

• Experience in Equities and Fixed Income products (either)

• Solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle front to back for Global Markets

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must

• Strong leadership capability and able to provide strategic insight on OCRM/Client services to different business stakeholders
