VP, Operations Consultant (Supply Chain, Procurement and Change Management) recruitment
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading business analytical efforts within the Vendor Analytics and Vendor Administration organizations. Will represent Vendor Administration within the International regions.
The business analyst will provide reporting and analysis for cross-functional business teams including: providing information based analysis and insight; employing sophisticated analytics and business intelligence methodologies to help the business identify, track, measure and refine opportunities; managing project responsibilities, delivering high quality analysis, and presenting information to quantitative and non-quantitative team members in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to operate independently. The role will require significant business partnering with International Sourcing and Vendor Executives.
The analyst in this position will play a strong role in more complex quantitative analysis within projects while providing a supporting role with strategic direction. This person will also support immediate business needs through occasional ad-hoc requests and discovery analysis.
Requirements
- A degree with strong quantitative background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Quantitative Marketing, Quantitative Finance or similar
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize schedule appropriately to meet critical milestones in a timely manner
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and operate independently
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a highly matrix environment
Experience with vendor management or GSMP
Proficiency in SQL, SAS and/or Microstrategy
Experience in ARIBA and ARIBA Analysis
Familiarity with relational databases
