VP – Performance & Capacity Management recruitment
Your responsibility is to execute capacity models, plans and projects to ensure that IT infrastructure capacity is optimized and matched to the evolving agreed needs of the business. You will provide advice and guidance to all other areas of the business and IT on capacity and performance related issues as well as ensures that service performance meets or exceed agreed targets. You will be involved in assessing the impact of changes on the capacity management and the performance and capacity of services.
You should posses minimum 10 years of IT experience of which at least 3 years experience in capacity / performance management role. Experience in an infrastructure architect or similar role with strong experience in developing strategic roadmaps. A strategic thinker, ability to handle diverse and multiple projects concurrently across the region with strong senior stakeholder management experience.
