VP Prime (Delta 1 Synth) Trade Support Manager recruitment
Global bank is looking to hire a VP Trade Support (ops) Manager to join their industry leading Prime business and be based in Hong Kong.
This is a critical role as this business continues to grow their prime business and customer base across Asia – to be successful in your application you will need experience in managing a team of 10, drive process and system change, engage confidently with a demanding front office and be the voice for Asia on a global platform.
Plus;
- Candidate with 10+ years solid Middle Office experience, from top tier bank preferred.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and deliver efficiently.
- Strong business sense especially with Operations risk and control.
- Strong Market and product knowledge – Delta 1 synthetics / equity derivs
- Understand basic Greeks
- System knowledge – Sophis, Summit.
- Strong and demonstrable management capability in a fast paced global environment
Due to the critical nature of this role the bank will look at relocation or bonus buyout for a strong candidate.
